Travel Suppliers are independent contractors and are not owned, managed, controlled, or supervised by Luxury Travel Connection, LLC. We are not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, negligence, insolvency, or default of any Travel Supplier or other third party, including delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather events, government actions, border closures, or failures to honor reservations or promotional offers.
You are responsible for ensuring that all travelers in your party have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents; comply with all entry, exit, transit, health, customs, and local law requirements; review all confirmations and itineraries promptly upon receipt; and comply with supplier check-in deadlines and instructions.
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, evacuation, baggage, and supplier default where available. If you decline travel insurance, you assume full responsibility for losses that might otherwise have been covered.
Travel involves risk. Conditions at destinations may include illness, crime, transportation disruption, political instability, natural disasters, severe weather, sanitation concerns, or reduced access to medical care. By booking or undertaking travel arranged in whole or in part through us, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with travel to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
